Thank you for shopping with Tamzu Prints. This policy explains how we ship your order and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Each order is made to order and printed after purchase. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once it's on its way.

Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays may begin processing the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the United Kingdom. All orders are sent with free standard shipping — no minimum order required.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and begin once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link where applicable. Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a correction.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us via our contact form and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
